PART 1 – Definitions
“CCE Employee” means all Continental Currency Exchange employees
“Eligible CCE Client” means a client who:
a. current client of Continental Currency Exchange over the age of 18;
b. completes a purchase or sale of foreign cash with CCE during the promotional period and whose posed rate is less advantageous than the terms of the promotional offer set out in Section 2 PART 2
c. Provides the Promo Code to CCE before rates are agreed upon or transaction is complete
d. Is present at a CCE location at the time of the transaction.
“Promotional Offer” means the offer as defined in section 1 of PART 2 below;
“Promotional Period” means the period starting when branches open on April 25th 2025 and ending at when branches close on April 25th 2025.
“Posted Rate” means the currency exchange rate set by Continental Currency Exchange;
“Qualifying Criteria” means the conditions set out in section 2 of PART 2 below
“Terms” means these terms and conditions that govern this Promotional Offer;
“you” and “your” means any Eligible CCE Client;
“we”, “us”, “our” and “CCE” means Continental Currency Exchange or any of its affiliates and principals as appliable;
“PAD” in reference to the product Pre-Authorized Debit & Deposit.
“Cash” in reference to physical foreign banknotes currently in circulation and accepted by CCE during the promotional period at a CCE location.
PART 2 – Promotion
1. The Promotional Offer
Provided you fulfil the Qualifying Criteria in section 2 and the conditions set out in section 3 below:
Continental Currency Exchange will offer a discounted rate where the client will receive 25 basis-points on EUR USD & GBP or an equivalent discount off the Posted Rate, the client will also have the $3.50 CAD service fee waived if they provide the following discount code, to a CCE employee: CLIENTS0425
2. How to qualify for the Promotional Offer:
To qualify for the Promotional offer you must:
a. Be an Eligible CCE Client;
b. Buying and/or selling foreign cash while visiting a CCE Branch;
c. And whose posed rate is less advantageous than the terms of the promotional offer set out in Section 2 PART 2
d. Present the discount code in print, visually sharing on their mobile device or verbally; and
e. At the time of the transaction and prior to the processing of payment.

3. Conditions that apply to the Promotional Offer
The following Terms also apply to the Promotional Offer:
a. The Promotional Offer is available to Eligible CCE Clients only.
b. The Promotional Offer is available in branch to new or existing clients only;
c. The Promotional Offer can be used any number of times during the Promotional Period; and
d. The Promotional Offer does not apply to any:
i. Pre-Authorized Debit & Deposit;
ii. electronic funds transfers (EFT)
iii. Canadian currency cheques;
iv. American currency cheques; and
v. Any transaction that is precluded by the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws applicable in Ontario.
4. Additional Conditions that apply to the Promotional Offer
a. Except as described herein, the Promotional Offer and these Terms, do not, in any way, affect any services fees and standard terms and conditions related to the operation of any of our other services.
b. Except as described herein, the Promotional Offer does not combine with any other existing offering by CCE.
c. We reserve the right to cancel the Promotional Offer at any time and for any reason, at our sole and complete discretion without notice.
d. The Promotional Offer is restricted and applicable exclusively for the purchase and sale of foreign bank notes/currency by you.
e. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend, disqualify, limit or revoke the Promotional Offer for any Eligible CCE Client we determine or believe to be manipulating or otherwise abusing the process, fairness, integrity or operation of the Promotional Offer, including any person whose overall client relationship with us is, in our sole opinion, not in good standing.
f. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the content of any document, brochure or promotional material of CCE, these Terms shall prevail.
PART 3 – General Terms
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws applicable in Ontario, without reference to conflict of laws provisions.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CCE regarding your participation in the Promotional Offer.
No warranties or representations: Except as expressly contained in these Terms, there are no conditions, representations, warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise.
Interpretation of Promotional Offer: CCE has the sole and final authority as to the interpretation of these Terms. In the event that any provision in these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions of the Promotional Offer’s Terms.

By submitting an entry to the sweepstakes (give away) you acknowledge that you agree to these terms and conditions and satisfy all eligibility requirements.

PART 1 – Definitions
“CCE Employee” means all Continental Currency Exchange employees
“Eligible CCE Client” means a client who:
a. Anyone over the age of 18;
b. Is currently residing in Ontario Canada
c. Provides CCE with an email to contact them in the case they are selected as the winner either digitally or in print
d. Can answer a skill testing question
“Promotional Offer” means the offer as defined in section 1 of PART 2 below;
“Promotional Period” means the period starting when branches open on April 25th 2025 and ending at when branches close on May 12th 2025.
“Qualifying Criteria” means the conditions set out in section 2 of PART 2 below
“Terms” means these terms and conditions that govern this Promotional Offer;
“you” and “your” means any Eligible CCE Client;
“we”, “us”, “our” and “CCE” means Continental Currency Exchange or any of its affiliates and principals as appliable;
“Cash” in reference to physical foreign banknotes currently in circulation and accepted by CCE during the promotional period at a CCE location.
“Entrant” the individual entering the sweepstakes with their email address.
“Entry” one ballot entered into the giveaway draw by way of the methods outlined in Section 2 Part 2
“Social Media” any social network where information about the promotional offer is shared.
PART 2 – Promotion
1. The Promotional Offer
Provided you fulfil the Qualifying Criteria in section 2 and the conditions set out in section 3 below:
Continental Currency Exchange will offer 4 prizes each of which a $250 (CAD) Continental Currency Exchange gift certificate redeemable only for the purchase of a foreign currency product from CCE at a CCE location to the winner of the contest who has been randomly selected from a pool of entrants. Odds of winning vary based on the number of entrants and how many entries each individual earns. The winners will be randomly selected from a pool of entrants on May 14th 2025 and contacted via the email they provided. No one person can win multiple prizes, once selected the individual is removed from eligibility for further prize draws related to this promotional offer.
2. How to Enter in Person
An Eligible CCE Client can enter by providing a teller at a CCE location their name and email address for the purposes of contacting them via a paper ballot.
3. How to Enter Online
To enter the Sweepstakes, follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form (“Primary Entry”). You can also gain entries by liking the promotions post and following CCE’s accounts on social media and tagging CCE in posts while holding a CCE envelope. All entries must be received by 05/12/2025 (“Promotional Period”). Online entrants subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to CCE’s privacy policy.
4. How to qualify for the Promotional Offer:
To qualify for the Promotional offer you must:
a. Be an Eligible CCE Client;
b. Enter to the contest with your email via the digital form or paper ballot in branch and
c. Clients may earn additional entries by liking/ following or sharing at on social media (this is not a requirement of entry but may increase the clients chance of being selected for the prize.
5. Conditions that apply to the Promotional Offer
The following Terms also apply to the Promotional Offer:
a. The Promotional Offer is available Ontario residents over the age of 18 only.
b. The Promotional Offer is available in person and online;
c. The Promotional Offer can only be entered once per email address during the Promotional Period; and
d. The promotional offer requires the winner to answer a skill testing question
e. Consent to marketing communications is NOT a requirement for entry, those who do consent may opt-out of future marketing communication at any time.
f. The cash value of the prize cannot be redeemed
g. The prize will only be redeemable for the purchase of a foreign currency product from a CCE branch
h. Any personal information collected is subject to the guidance provided by CCE’s privacy policy.
i. Each entrant can claim only one of the 4 prizes offered and once selected will be ineligible to claim further prizes related to the promotion.
j. The Promotional Offer does not apply to any:
i. Individuals residing outside of Ontario Canada
ii. Current Employees of CCE, Current Employees of CCE’s Parent Company and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win.
iii. Any individual that is precluded from participation by the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws applicable in Ontario.
6. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”):
Maximum ARV of all prizes: $1000.00(CAD). Prize includes: Four (4) $250 (CAD) gift cards to CCE. If winner is unable to receive payment then prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules from among the remaining eligible entries for that prize. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned except by CCE.

THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO THE ABOVE:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted on or about 05/16/2025 by a representative from CCE whose decisions are final. Winners will be notified by email and/or mail and/or direct message on social media and at the judges’ discretion, will be required to complete and return an email confirmation of prize acceptance and possibly a Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and a Publicity Release (“Affidavit/Release”) within 7 days of notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. Prize awarded within 30 days after receipt and verification of completed Affidavit/Release or prize notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or if Affidavit/Release is returned as undeliverable or if the selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Terms & Conditions (Official Rules), the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner’s parent or legal guardian who will be required to execute affidavit on minor’s behalf. No substitutions are permitted except if prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prize is not redeemable for cash and non-assignable and non-transferable except to a surviving spouse. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local sales and income taxes. Any other incidental expenses on prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use winner’s name, prize won, hometown and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Limit: one prize per household. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded. Cash value of the prize cannot be redeemed.

Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of CCE, and release, defend and hold harmless CCE and its affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use or misuse of prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of prize. CCE is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.
Winner acknowledges CCE and all other businesses concerned with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of prize.
In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. CCE is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or incomplete entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by CCE on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of CCE, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. CCE reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules and cancel the Sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus, bot or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select winner from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.
