Attention Continental Currency Exchange Clients: If you are a current client of Continental Currency Exchange you may be eligible for the below offer subject to the below terms and conditions. This promotion is an independent initiative to celebrate the excitement of soccer events in Canada and is not affiliated with any organization.

*All other policies of Continental Currency Exchange continue to apply in conjunction with the below terms and conditions.

PART 1 – Definitions

“CCE Employee” means all Continental Currency Exchange employees

“Eligible CCE Client” means a client who:

1. current client of Continental Currency Exchange over the age of 18;
2. completes a purchase or sale of foreign cash with CCE during the promotional period and whose posed rate is less advantageous than the terms of the promotional offer set out in Section 2 PART 2

1. Provides the Promo Code (is wearing red & white or a Canada jersey) to CCE before rates are agreed upon or transaction is complete
2. Is present at a CCE location at the time of the transaction.

“Promotional Offer” means the offer as defined in section 1 of PART 2 below;

“Promotional Period” means the period starting when branches open on June 12th 2026 and ending at when branches close on July 19^th 2026.

“Posted Rate” means the currency exchange rate set by Continental Currency Exchange;

“Qualifying Criteria” means the conditions set out in section 2 of PART 2 below

“Terms” means these terms and conditions that govern this Promotional Offer;

“you” and “your” means any Eligible CCE Client;

“we”, “us”, “our” and “CCE” means Continental Currency Exchange or any of its affiliates and principals as appliable;

“PAD” in reference to the product Pre-Authorized Debit & Deposit.

“Cash” in reference to physical foreign banknotes currently in circulation and accepted by CCE during the promotional period at a CCE location.

Provided you fulfil the Qualifying Criteria in section 2 and the conditions set out in section 3 below:

Continental Currency Exchange will waive the $4.00 CAD service fee and offer a better rate equivalent to 50 basis points better than the original posted rate provided the client is wearing anything Canada themed. When team Canada is playing a soccer match during the promotional period.

To qualify for the Promotional offer you must:

1. Be an Eligible CCE Client;
2. Buying and/or selling foreign cash while visiting a CCE Branch;

1. And whose posed rate is less advantageous than the terms of the promotional offer set out in Section 2 PART 2
2. Present the discount code in print, visually sharing on their mobile device or verbally; and

1. At the time of the transaction and prior to the processing of payment.

The following Terms also apply to the Promotional Offer:

1. The Promotional Offer is available to Eligible CCE Clients only.
2. The Promotional Offer is available in branch to new or existing clients only;

1. The Promotional Offer can be used any number of times during the Promotional Period; and
2. The Promotional Offer does not apply to any:
   1. Pre-Authorized Debit & Deposit;
   2. electronic funds transfers (EFT)
   3. Canadian currency cheques;
   4. American currency cheques; and
   5. Any transaction that is precluded by the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws applicable in Ontario.

1. Except as described herein, the Promotional Offer and these Terms, do not, in any way, affect any services fees and standard terms and conditions related to the operation of any of our other services.
2. Except as described herein, the Promotional Offer does not combine with any other existing offering by CCE.

1. We reserve the right to cancel the Promotional Offer at any time and for any reason, at our sole and complete discretion without notice.
2. The Promotional Offer is restricted and applicable exclusively for the purchase and sale of foreign bank notes/currency by you.

1. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend, disqualify, limit or revoke the Promotional Offer for any Eligible CCE Client we determine or believe to be manipulating or otherwise abusing the process, fairness, integrity or operation of the Promotional Offer, including any person whose overall client relationship with us is, in our sole opinion, not in good standing.
2. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the content of any document, brochure or promotional material of CCE, these Terms shall prevail.

PART 3 – General Terms

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws applicable in Ontario, without reference to conflict of laws provisions.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CCE regarding your participation in the Promotional Offer.

No warranties or representations: Except as expressly contained in these Terms, there are no conditions, representations, warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise.

Interpretation of Promotional Offer: CCE has the sole and final authority as to the interpretation of these Terms. In the event that any provision in these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions of the Promotional Offer’s Terms.
