Continental Currency Exchange – Jamaican Hurricane Relief Terms and Conditions

Attention Continental Currency Exchange Clients:
If you are a current client of Continental Currency Exchange, you may participate in the Jamaican Hurricane Relief initiative subject to the terms and conditions below.

All other policies of Continental Currency Exchange continue to apply in conjunction with these terms and conditions.

PART 1 – Definitions

“CCE Employee” means all Continental Currency Exchange employees.

“Eligible CCE Client” means a client who:

• is a current client of Continental Currency Exchange over the age of 18;

• completes a purchase or sale of foreign cash with CCE during the promotional period; and

• is present at a CCE location at the time of the transaction.

“Promotional Offer” means the donation initiative described in Part 2.
“Promotional Period” means the period starting when branches open on November 7th, 2025 and ending when branches close on November 7th, 2025.
“Posted Rate” means the currency exchange rate set by Continental Currency Exchange.
“Terms” means these terms and conditions that govern the Jamaican Hurricane Relief initiative.
“you” and “your” means any Eligible CCE Client.
“we”, “us”, “our” and “CCE” means Continental Currency Exchange or any of its affiliates and principals as applicable.
“Cash” refers to physical foreign banknotes currently in circulation and accepted by CCE during the promotional period at a CCE location.

PART 2 – Promotion

The Initiative

On November 7th, 2025, Continental Currency Exchange will donate 100% of all service fees collected from in-branch purchases and sales of foreign cash to support Hurricane Relief efforts in Jamaica.

Qualifying Criteria

To qualify, clients must:

• be an Eligible CCE Client; and

• complete a purchase or sale of foreign cash at a CCE branch during the promotional period.

Conditions

The following conditions apply:

• The initiative applies only to in-branch foreign cash transactions.

• Excludes:

  • Pre-Authorized Debit & Deposit (PAD)

  • Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT)

  • Canadian or U.S. currency cheques

• The initiative cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.

• CCE reserves the right to cancel or modify this initiative at any time, at its sole discretion, without notice.

PART 3 – General Terms

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws applicable in Ontario.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CCE regarding participation in this initiative.

No Warranties or Representations: Except as expressly contained herein, there are no conditions, representations, or warranties, express or implied.

Interpretation: CCE has the sole and final authority regarding interpretation of these Terms. If any provision is determined invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
