Continental Currency Exchange Black Friday BRANCH Terms and Conditions (2025)

Attention Continental Currency Exchange Clients:
If you are a current client of Continental Currency Exchange, you may be eligible for the offer described below, subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

All other policies of Continental Currency Exchange continue to apply in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions.

PART 1 – Definitions

“CCE Employee” means all Continental Currency Exchange employees.

“Eligible CCE Client” means a client who:

• is a current client of Continental Currency Exchange over the age of 18;

• completes a purchase or sale of foreign cash with CCE during the Promotional Period and whose Posted Rate is less advantageous than the promotional terms offered pursuant to PART 2; and

• provides the Promo Code to CCE before rates are agreed upon or the transaction is completed.

“Promotional Offer” means the offer defined in PART 2, Section 1 below.

“Promotional Period” means the period starting Tuesday, November 25, 2025, and ending Friday, November 28, 2025, at branch closing time.

“Posted Rate” means the currency exchange rate set by Continental Currency Exchange.

“Qualifying Criteria” means the conditions set out in PART 2, Section 2.

“Terms” means these terms and conditions that govern this Promotional Offer.

“you” / “your” means any Eligible CCE Client.

“we”, “us”, “our”, “CCE” means Continental Currency Exchange or any of its affiliates and principals, as applicable.

“PAD” refers to the product Pre-Authorized Debit & Deposit.

“Cash” refers to physical foreign banknotes currently in circulation and accepted by CCE during the Promotional Period.

PART 2 – Promotion

1. The Promotional Offer

Provided you meet the Qualifying Criteria in Section 2 and the conditions in Section 3 below:

Continental Currency Exchange will:

1. Provide a more advantageous (“better”) rate than the Posted Rate on the purchase or sale of foreign cash valued equal to or greater than $300 CAD; and

2. Waive the standard $4.00 CAD service fee on the purchase or sale of foreign cash.

This Promotional Offer applies only during the Promotional Period.

2. How to Qualify for the Promotional Offer

To qualify for the Promotional Offer, you must:

• Be an Eligible CCE Client;

• Be buying and/or selling foreign cash valued equal to or greater than $300 CAD at a CCE branch;

• Provide the Promo Code to a CCE Employee at the time of the transaction and prior to the processing of the transaction.

3. Conditions that Apply to the Promotional Offer

• The Promotional Offer is available to Eligible CCE Clients only.

• The Promotional Offer is available in branch to new or existing clients.

• The Promotional Offer may be used any number of times during the Promotional Period.

• The Promotional Offer does not apply to:

  • Pre-Authorized Debit & Deposit;

  • Electronic funds transfers;

  • Canadian currency cheques;

  • American currency cheques;

  • Wholesale Banknotes transactions

  • Any transaction precluded by the laws of the Province of Ontario or applicable federal laws.

4. Additional Conditions

• Except as described in these Terms, the Promotional Offer does not affect any other service fees or standard terms and conditions related to any other CCE services.

• Except as described herein, the Promotional Offer cannot be combined with any other existing CCE offering.

• We reserve the right to cancel the Promotional Offer at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion, without notice.

• The Promotional Offer is exclusively applicable to the purchase and sale of foreign banknotes.

• We reserve the right to suspend, disqualify, limit, or revoke the Promotional Offer for any Eligible CCE Client we determine to be manipulating or abusing the process, fairness, or integrity of the Promotional Offer, or whose client relationship is, in our opinion, not in good standing.

• In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any marketing or promotional material, these Terms shall prevail.

PART 3 – General Terms

Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws, without regard to conflict of laws provisions.

Entire Agreement:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CCE regarding your participation in the Promotional Offer.

No Warranties or Representations:
Except as expressly stated herein, there are no representations, warranties, or conditions, express or implied.

Interpretation:
CCE has sole and final authority over the interpretation of these Terms. If any provision is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
