PART 1 – Definitions

“CCE Employee” <spanlang=en-us>means all ContinentalCurrency Exchange employees</spanlang=en-us>

“Eligible CCE Client” <spanlang=en-us>means a clientwho:</spanlang=en-us>

1. <spanlang=en-us><spanlang=en-us>current clientof Continental Currency Exchange over theage of 18;</spanlang=en-us></spanlang=en-us>
2. <spanlang=en-us><spanlang=en-us>completes apurchase or sale of foreign cash with CCE during the promotional period and whoseposed rate is less advantageous than the terms of the promotional offer set outin Section 2 PART 2</spanlang=en-us></spanlang=en-us>

1. <spanlang=en-us><spanlang=en-us>Provides thePromo Code to CCE before rates are agreed upon or transaction is complete</spanlang=en-us></spanlang=en-us>
2. <spanlang=en-us><spanlang=en-us>Is present at aCCE location at the time of the transaction.</spanlang=en-us></spanlang=en-us>

“Promotional Offer”<spanlang=en-us> means theoffer as defined in section 1 of PART 2 below;</spanlang=en-us>

“Promotional Period” <spanlang=en-us>means theperiod starting February 2rd 2026 and ending at when branches close on February14th 2026. </spanlang=en-us>

“Posted Rate” <spanlang=en-us>means thecurrency exchange rate set by Continental Currency Exchange; </spanlang=en-us>

“Qualifying Criteria” <spanlang=en-us>means theconditions set out in section 2 of PART 2 below</spanlang=en-us>

“Terms” means these terms and conditionsthat govern this Promotional Offer;

“you” and “your” means anyEligible CCE Client;

“we”, “us”, “our” and “CCE”means Continental Currency Exchange or any of its affiliates and principals asappliable;

“PAD” in reference to the productPre-Authorized Debit & Deposit.

• <spanstyle='mso-list:ignore'>c. </spanstyle='mso-list:ignore'>We reserve the right to cancel the PromotionalOffer at any time and for any reason, at our sole and complete discretionwithout notice.

• <spanstyle='mso-list:ignore'>e. </spanstyle='mso-list:ignore'>We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, tosuspend, disqualify, limit or revoke the Promotional Offer for any Eligible CCEClient we determine or believe to be manipulating or otherwise abusing theprocess, fairness, integrity or operation of the Promotional Offer, includingany person whose overall client relationship with us is, in our sole opinion,not in good standing.
• <spanstyle='mso-list:ignore'>f. </spanstyle='mso-list:ignore'>In the event of a conflict between these Terms andthe content of any document, brochure or promotional material of CCE, theseTerms shall prevail.

PART 3 – General Terms

GoverningLaw: TheseTerms are governed by the laws of theprovince of Ontario and the federal laws applicable in Ontario, withoutreference to conflict of laws provisions.

EntireAgreement: TheseTerms constitute the entire agreement between you and CCE regarding yourparticipation in the Promotional Offer.

Nowarranties or representations: Except as expressly contained in these Terms, thereare no conditions, representations, warranties, express or implied, statutoryor otherwise.

Interpretationof Promotional Offer: CCE has the sole and final authority as to the interpretation of theseTerms. In the event that any provision in these Terms is determined to beinvalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect thevalidity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions of thePromotional Offer’s Terms.
